Before You Drop Off Your Fridge

Please:

Ensure the fridge is clean inside and out (cleaning charges may apply).
Bring proof of purchase for warranty claims.
Remove all food, drinks and personal items.
Only include leads or accessories if they are related to the fault.
Advise us of the fault or symptoms when dropping off the unit.

Storage & Collection
Customers will be notified when their unit is ready for collection or a quotation has been provided.
Storage charges may apply to units not collected within 30 days of notification.
